Optimization of asynchronous motor with Taguchi method based on Finite Element Analysis

In order to study the operation process of motor and improve operating performance motor, this paper performs finite element simulation three-phase asynchronous optimizes initial design by using Taguchi method. Firstly, a model is established with voltage, current, torque, flux linkage, distribution lines magnetic induction intensity under rated conditions vertified Finite Element Analysis (FEA), total accuracy reaches 92%. Then, parametric stator rotor cogging parameters carried sensibility different on torque obtained. The parameter Hs01 Hs0 had highest sensitivity, which were 75% 16%, respectively. Finally, method was applied optimize increased 9.5%.
